Submitting Tickets
You can submit tickets at any time using your customer portal or support form. All RevOps plans include unlimited ticket submissions.
Active Ticket Limits
Each tier has a limit on how many tickets can be actively worked on at once. Launchpad and Silver include one active ticket, Gold includes two, and Platinum includes three.
Queued Tickets
Once your active ticket limit is reached, additional tickets are placed in a queue. Tickets are prioritized based on tier level, date submitted, and available fuel points.
