Fuel points are how we track and allocate the work we do each month. Every RevOps plan includes a set number of monthly points. You use them to request support, complete projects, and book meetings.
Typical Point Costs

Weekly sprint: 25 to 100 points

Monthly impact project: 100 to 300 points

1-hour meeting: 100 points

Ticket triage or resolution: 1 to 5 points
Scope and Planning
Before work begins, our team scopes each request and tells you how many points it will require. If you run out of points, you can hold the request for next month or reduce the scope.
No Rollover Policy
Unused points do not roll over. The goal is to prioritize and execute meaningful work every month.
