As much as we are sorry to see someone go, we know we aren't a fit for everyone. One thing I would say is a common reason for cancelling any retainer is usually due to inactivity or lack of use.

If you wish to cancel your service, simply send a cancel request (see example below), and we will cancel the plan.
We requires 7 business days notice before the next billing cycle to process the request, otherwise you will be billed for the following cycle. This is because we are maintaining spaces for you in a stream of activity and need time to re-allocate resources.
