How do I grant access to my HubSpot account?

Create a new email account

We recommend creating a new email account "team@yourdomain.com" that we use to login to all portals.

Once that has been created, please add credentials into your 1Password vault for secure access.

Then simply add that user to ALL HubSpot Portals that our team will need access to.

We need admin access

Make sure to grant super admin access to that user when adding to a portal, so we have full access to workflows and setup.
