How do I connect my Facebook or Instagram Account to my Roofing CRM?

The great thing about Roofing Business Partner CRM is that you can post to your socials and monitor them from inside Hubspot!

Connect your social media accounts to HubSpot to start creating and publishing social posts, and tracking social media engagements in HubSpot. By integrating your social media platforms, you can enhance your roofing business's online presence, engage with potential customers more effectively, and track the impact of your social media efforts. You can connect accounts from the following social networks to HubSpot:

  • Facebook & Instagram: Engage with your local community, showcase completed roofing projects, and post customer testimonials.
  • Twitter: Share industry news, quick updates, and customer service responses.
  • LinkedIn: Network with other professionals, share business milestones, and post thought leadership content.
  • YouTube (Marketing Hub Enterprise only): Post detailed project walkthroughs, how-to videos, and customer reviews.

Super admins can set which users and teams have access to specific social accounts. The number of social accounts you can connect depends on your subscription. Learn more about account limits in HubSpot's Product & Services Catalog.

To connect a social media account:

  1. In your HubSpot account, click the settings icon in the top navigation bar.
  2. In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Marketing > Social.
  3. In the upper right, click Connect account.

By following these steps, your roofing business can leverage the power of social media to reach a wider audience, showcase your work, and generate leads.

Connecting a Facebook or Instagram Account

Connect a Facebook or Instagram account to enhance your roofing business's social media strategy. Before connecting your accounts, take note of the following:

  • Instagram accounts must be business accounts and linked to a Facebook page that you manage to be connected to HubSpot. Personal Instagram accounts, Instagram Creator accounts, or Instagram business accounts not linked to a Facebook page cannot be connected to HubSpot. Learn more if you don't see your Instagram Business Account appearing under your Facebook page.
  • You can connect Facebook pages that use either the new Pages experience or the classic Pages experience. Connected Facebook pages will be authorized for 90 days before requiring re-authentication. Personal Facebook profiles cannot be connected to HubSpot.

To connect your account:

  1. In your HubSpot account, click the settings icon in the top navigation bar.
  2. In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Marketing > Social.
  3. Click Connect account.
  4. In the dialog box, select Facebook & Instagram.
  5. You'll see any Facebook pages you have admin permissions for, and any Instagram business accounts linked to your Facebook pages. Select the checkbox next to any Facebook page or Instagram business account you want to connect.
  6. Click Connect.

By connecting your Facebook or Instagram account, your roofing business can streamline social media management, post updates, and track engagement, helping you better reach and interact with your audience.

If you encounter any issues while attempting to connect your page, submit a ticket so we can help you troubleshoot connecting your Facebook page or Instagram business account.

Essential Note: Once you connect your Facebook or Instagram account, you can create and schedule posts using the HubSpot Social tool. Your roofing business's posts will be saved and published according to the schedule you set. HubSpot will automatically add a tracking code to any URL generated while drafting your post to monitor clicks. Additionally, HubSpot will store comments, replies, and performance analytics for your posts. This helps you track engagement and measure the success of your social media efforts.

....You're Done!

A celebratory scene for a roofing business, featuring happy roofing professionals and a vibrant backdrop of a completed roofing project. The scene includes confetti, balloons, and a banner that reads 'Great Job Team!' in the background. The setting should include a house with a new roof, tools, and equipment neatly arranged, and team members smiling and giving thumbs up. The atmosphere is cheerful and festive, with a sense of achievement and teamwork.
