- Should we create any custom properties?
- Are there any specific tasks that should be assigned to contact owners when imported?
- Are there any specific lifecycle stages to be assigned to contacts when imported?
- Is there any specific persona to be assigned to contacts when imported?
- Are there Contacts associated with Companies or Deals? ( Hubspot uses email domain to associate contacts with companies)
- We highly recommend cleaning the data before import it into the system (contacts without email addresses, phone numbers format, contacts without a name could be un useful)
- Is there any historic data, notes, email history that you need us to migrate?
- Do you need any historical data to be migrated? If yes, please be aware that this will need to be done with a third party. We recommend Trujay.
