      1. Generate Images, Text, and more with Copilot AI:

        • In your HubSpot Account, hover over the top navigation bar and select ✨ Copilot
          On the right hand side a text window will appear.
        • In the Type a message box, Enter the task you'd like your Copilot to achieve.  Here are some examples of things you can request (you can also click All Prompts at the bottom of the chat box for more insight of how to use AI):
          • "Generate an image of a modern roofing job with a team working on a overcast day."
          • "Write and email to our customers highlighting the $500 off special we are running."
          • "Analyze the following piece of text for main points, summarize them and suggest next steps: ["Paste Text Here"]"
        • Press Enter. Copilot AI will create an image or fulfill your command based on your description. To use this content you can copy and paste it where you'd like or press Save Image under the generated picture to download the image for your use.

      2. Create Social Media Post:

        • In HubSpot, got to Marketing > Social and select Create Social Post.
        • Look for and click the Copilot AI ✨icon in the right hand Side bar.
        • The open window is the Copilot Interface. Chat with Copilot to help build your post description. You can say something like:
          • "Write a Facebook post about the benefits of regular roof maintenance."
          • "Generate an image of a roofer climbing up a ladder."
        • Customize the generated content to fit your brand's voice and style. You can do this manually or you can use Copilot AI again to help you better define your message.
        • Copy the AI-generated text or image to your post for a visually appealing touch.
        • Click Schedule to publish your post directly from HubSpot.

      2. Write Blog Posts with Copilot AI:

        • On the left side menu select Marketing > Website > Blog in HubSpot.
        • Select Create Blog Post to access the post creation page
        • Look for Copilot AI ✨ Icon to help generate content. Enter a prompt like:
          • "Write a blog post about the top 5 roofing material for 2024."
          • "Generate an Image depicting the prowess of the roofing materials we use."
        • Customize your post as needed. Add images, links, and call-to-action buttons as needed.
        • In the right hand corner, select Publish to publish your blog post and share it on your social media channels.
